Education & Community

Healthcare doesn't stop at the exam room door. Explore our workshops, group learning, and community book club designed to empower your wellness journey.

Healing Through Connection

We believe true health is rooted in understanding our bodies and sharing our stories in a safe, judgment-free space. Beyond one-on-one visits, our practice is built around community education—empowering you with knowledge, curiosity, and connection.

Group Education Sessions

Navigating hormonal shifts, perimenopause, sexual wellness, and pelvic health can feel overwhelming when done in isolation. Our group education sessions bring patients together for deep dives into specific health topics, hosted in a supportive, interactive environment.

  • What we cover: Demystifying perimenopause, pelvic floor health basics, navigating reproductive transitions, contraceptive options, and building body literacy.

  • Format: Small-group, highly interactive sessions held monthly (both in-person and virtually).

  • Who it's for: Current members and community members looking to learn alongside others on a similar path.

The Community Book Club

Because medicine is as much about human stories and culture as it is about science, we host a quarterly community book club. We read and discuss medically-adjacent books—ranging from memoirs and cultural critiques of healthcare to explorations of bodily autonomy, science history, and healing.

  • Current Read: [Insert Book Title & Author]

  • When We Meet: [e.g., The last Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM]

  • Where: [In-office lounge / Hybrid via Zoom]

Come for the conversation, stay for the community. No medical background required—just an open mind and an interest in learning new things.
